The Real Estate Cost to Purchase Estimator is a great tool when you wish to estimate how much funds you will require to settle on a proprty purchase in Australia. The figures are only an indication as there are a number of factors that will affect the final outcome.

It should further be noted that Mortgage Insurers will also provide different parameters to different Institutions according to the strength and size of their finance book.
  3. Deposit Funds Required (This is determined according to the shortfall between the purchase price and your pre-approved home loan amount.)
  4. Total of all other costs. These costs include your legal costs, Moving expenses, other relevant costs and Financial Institutions costs (i.e. their legal fees, valuation and mortgage preparation fees. It should be noted that these costs vary according to the Institution chosen.)

The Calculator also will provide you with what your expected regular Home Loan payment will be, and, the Total Principal and Interest paid back to the Financial Institution during the Period chosen.
