We offer all of the above to professional groups and individuals in the Finance Industry (including Brokers, Accountants and Real Estate Agents) for a Low Price of $1,430.00 inclusive of GST.
Payment Options: -
Paid in full $1,430.00 (50% up front and 50% upon completion.)
OR
50% up front which equates to $750.00 inc. GST (by cheque on acceptance of the contracts) PLUS 12 monthly payments of $59.59 inc. GST(Direct Debit from your nominated Company Account)
After 12 months and your final payment has been received the Website is owned TOTALLY by you.
Please note that this does not include the Hosting of the Website which we can set up for you for as low as $285.00 per year.
The only thing you need to do is provide us with your Content and Pictures that you wish to include in the Web Site.
Mortgage Calculators are owned by AFC Online, and are leased by you on an ongoing lease agreement. A separate ongoing lease agreement will apply according to the amount of calculators cosen. The Calculator Lease Agreement starts 3 months after the Website is launched.
The lease can be terminated without penalty after the initial 12 month period. The lease on the calculators will continue indefinitely depending on which package was chosen after that period.
